Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Applies knowledge and company policies to complete a variety of tasks
  • Mainly support fundamental product research, product development, business sustaining project and alternate material source on various types of medical gloves, from concept through commercialization, by working closely with Scientists and Engineers.
  • Keeps equipment operating by following standard operating instructions/ work procedures.
  • Support day to day compounding, chemical mixing, forming, chlorination, and all relevant testing activities in wet lab environment.
  • Evaluate material performance for exam/surgical glove samples via various analytical tools.
  • Providing reliable and precise data to support scientific or engineering investigations.
  • Observe lab safety and maintain lab cleanliness via 5S methodology.
  • Shall take additional responsibility as guided by the immediate superior.
