About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in supporting our patients and clinical team. You will help create a seamless, positive experience for patients by preparing charts, assisting providers and registered nurses, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the clinic.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to safe, effective, and patientcentered care.
  • Support clinic flow through chart prep, documentation, and communication.
  • Partner closely with providers, RNs, and the broader care team.
  • Demonstrate service excellence, teamwork, and a commitment to patient wellbeing.
  • Perform additional duties that support smooth, efficient clinic operations.

 

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–4:45 PM hyrbid model
  • No weekends, nights, or holidays.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing training program
  • Active Minnesota LPN licensure

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in psychiatry and/or outpatient clinic care
