Quick Lane Service Advisor - Capital Ford Lincoln

Capital Ford Lincoln Regina is looking for a Quick Lane Advisor to join our team!

The Quick Lane Advisor is the first point of contact for guests coming in for oil changes, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression

• Educate and assist guests with recommended maintenance for their vehicles

• Create accurate repair orders for routine preventative maintenance, including cost and time estimates

• Review completed work with guests and process payments

• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong desire to provide outstanding guest service

• Valid Driver’s License

• Effective listening and communication skills with guests and Technicians

• Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate!
