Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly organized and service-focused Automotive Service Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Mercedes-Benz Service Department. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes function, combining service administration, internal advising support, and scheduled holiday coverage for the Service Advisor team to ensure consistency, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations & Administration

  • Process and manage manufacturer-related service submissions and documentation in accordance with Mercedes-Benz standards

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of repair orders, labour operations, and supporting documentation

  • Track, reconcile, and follow up on service transactions and discrepancies

  • Maintain organized service records, reports, and audit-ready documentation

Internal Advisor Support

  • Open and manage internal repair orders, including PDI, reconditioning, and internal work

  • Coordinate communication between technicians, parts, and management to support workflow efficiency

  • Verify labour times, coding, and documentation accuracy

Holiday Coverage – Service Advisor

  • Provide Service Advisor coverage during scheduled vacations and holidays

  • Greet customers, assess service needs, and open repair orders

  • Communicate service updates and recommendations clearly and professionally

  • Support a seamless and premium customer experience during coverage periods
