Job Description:

HR Operations Advisor

To provide comprehensive and pragmatic Operational HR Support to Managers and Senior within a business context in line with company policies, procedures, legal requirements in order to create commercially focused solutions on people issues in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong professional relationships with Management teams and participate in Senior Management Team meetings
  • Provide commercially focused advice and support to Managers on all Employee Relations issues in line with Company procedures including disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence issues
  • Raise awareness of current and new Employment Legislation as well as other corporate initiatives
  • Produce Monthly HR report and HR statistics, strong
  • Identify trends and proactively address issues of high turnover, sickness and cost savings within the Business unit
  • Lead the HR work stream on ad hoc projects e.g. restructuring, change management, Group HR initiatives
  • Assist in adhoc projects/initiatives on behalf of the Group HR team
  • Networking and building relationships within the wider HR team

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Matric

Required Qualification: Human Resource Management/BCOM/Diploma in HR (Completed)

Minimum experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering role
  • Previous BPO or corporate environment experience
