About this role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Support Executive to join our team. This role will provide essential support to the wider commercial sales team and deliver operational excellence across a variety of Samsung campaigns. The position offers exposure to multiple workstreams, including always-on campaigns and ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver operational support for Samsung’s always-on and ad-hoc campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. 

  • Monitor and manage global lead generation activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely lead allocation. 

  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators across quality, customer satisfaction, responsiveness, conversion, and revenue metrics. 

  • Deliver commercial service support for specialist accounts & wider sales team. 

  • Handle inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels to support lead generation and service queries. 

  • Support the distribution and collection of data for various campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive campaign effectiveness and optimisation. 

  • Work closely with commercial managers, sales teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery. 

Key Competencies & Required Skills 

  • Proven experience in a commercial support, sales operations, or administrative role within a B2B environment. (Or similar environment) 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - familiarity with Salesforce is desirable but not essential. 

  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Must be able to work from the Leeds office at least 2 days per week.
