YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and passionate ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a keen understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates (Including AI Agents), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR TASK

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI Agents
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of ServiceNow platform. Ideally proficiency in Now Assist including AI Agents. 
  • ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is preffered.
