Job Description
Location: Tubize
As a Product Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from design to production and delivery. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
You will play a key role in:
- Defining and implementing quality assurance processes for mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems
- Monitoring product KPIs (e.g., On-Time Delivery, defect rates) and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Acting as the main quality interface within project teams and with customers
- Conducting inspections, audits, and reviews to verify compliance with specifications and standards
- Analyzing non-conformities, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Your profile
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Knowledge of quality standards and tools (ISO 9001, FMEA, RCCA)
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly of complex systems (defense, aerospace, or similar industries)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and rigor
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and manage priorities effectively
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills
