Your role
We are hiring for PAM Engineer with 3+ years of experience for Chennai, Bangalore location. The role focuses on day-to-day Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, supporting BAU activities in a 24×7 shift-based environment. The engineer will manage privileged credentials, password rotations, and access controls using PAM tools such as BeyondTrust or CyberArk.
- Perform BAU PAM operations, including Password change management, Privileged account lifecycle management
- User access provisioning and de-provisioning
- Support BeyondTrust Password Safe operations(Experience with CyberArk or CA PAM is acceptable if BeyondTrust experience is limited).
- Monitor PAM platforms to ensure System availability, Access compliance, Security policy enforcement
- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and coordinate with L2/L3 teamsFollow banking-grade security, audit, and compliance standardsWork in 24×7 rotational shifts supporting critical infrastructure
Your profile
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Hands-on experience with one or more: BeyondTrust, CyberArk, CA PAM
- Understanding of Privileged account discovery, Password vaulting, Password rotation policies, Access approvals and session monitoring
- Operating Systems like Linux / UNIX: Basic administration and command-line knowledge
- Windows OS: Working knowledge (services, users, permissions)
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts (IP, ports, firewalls, connectivity)
- Information Security principles (CIA triad, least privilege, audit logging)
- Awareness of enterprise and banking security standards
