Your Role
Location: Ghent region
As a Junior Process Engineer, you will contribute to the development, optimization, and support of industrial processes and technologies used in manufacturing and production environment. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working on innovative solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and product quality across various sectors. You will:
- Support the design and improvement of production and assembly processes
- Analyze process performance data and identify areas for optimization
- Assist in implementing automation and digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
- Participate in equipment commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
- Document process changes, technical reports, and standard operating procedures
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in example in Industrial, Electro-mechanical, Chemical and Bioengineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies, Six Sigma principles, or similar tools is a plus
- Hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn in various industrial environments
- Good communication and teamwork skills
