YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a highly skilled Golang Developer to join our Lisbon team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience developing backend systems using Go, with a strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance services that support critical business applications.

 

RESPONSABILITIES

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and easily maintainable backend solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure the application of best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining requirements, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage deployment pipelines, ensuring efficiency and reliability in implementations.
• Participate in the architecture, integration, and automated testing of complex systems.
• Promote continuous improvement and team development through agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and AWS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Apache Kafka.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and continuous integration.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Leadership skills, team spirit, and strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese (native) and English (fluent).
