YOUR TASKS

  • Sets and renews credit limits in accordance with the credit policy.
  • Prepares basic analysis reports based on internal and external data. 
  • Monitors Order blocked for Credit and releases blocked orders in accordance with the credit policy
  • Escalates Orders blocked from credit in accordance with the escalation process
  • Analyses customer balances to foresee any short credit limit issue.
  • Escalates potential problematic customers for bad debt provision purposes.
  • Performs detailed financial analysis

YOUR PROFILE

  • Good command of English (min B2)
  • Experience in credit management min 0,5 year
  • Customer service orientation and proactive attitude
  • Started certifying in DGEM Tech technologies relevant to role
