Role: The Treasury Management Relationship Manager Senior promotes business member financial well-being and community enrichment through offering business deposit services to existing and prospective business members. This position educates business members on deposit services and the full range of credit union products with the goal to grow, retain and expand CapEd’s business relationship portfolio. Provides subject matter expertise to the Treasury Management team and all departments for the organization. Identifies and communicates improvements to the department’s operating methods and procedures. Uses advanced skill set to build and maintain high value business relationships. Supports the VP of Treasury Management and Deposit Services with mentoring the team and creating plans to achieve strategic business deposit goals.
Pay: The pay for this position is $85,626.45 annually.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Contacts potential business members of high value or complex service requirements to foster and obtain new business deposit relationships and expand the credit union’s portfolio. Offers services such as credit cards, ACH, remote deposit capture and merchant services to business members. Qualifies new business member referrals and assists business members through the full cycle fulfillment process of setting up and servicing business deposit accounts, remote check deposit, business ACH, business Visas and business e-banking services.
Maintains the business portfolio and reaches out to current members with the objective of enriching the member experience and deepening their business relationship with CapEd by linking services of value and teaching business members to navigate ease of service solutions.
Frequently and consistently collaborate with all member-serving departments to share knowledge and expertise for promoting business deposit products and services.
Collaborates and coordinates with the commercial team and reaches out to commercial members to build, maintain and provide value added deposit services.
Collaborates and coordinates with the marketing department to facilitate promotions and activities for enhancing business relationships. Attends or participates in community affairs as needed.
Supports Treasury Management team by accepting unresolved complex member inquires and works directly with members to research and explore potential solutions to provide alternatives within company policy. If needed, research inquires further, or transfers request to other areas of the Credit Union, to provide a solution.
Identifies and makes recommendations to improve the department's operating methods, training and procedures. Develops and enhances business member suite of product offerings and collaborates with other departments on member service delivery and process development projects.
Coordinates with multiple credit union departments and 3rd party vendors to complete business member requests and provide appropriate solutions.
Researches and maintains a thorough knowledge of business deposit policies and procedures, keeps up to date on regulation changes, and maintains familiarity of new business deposit product or service trends.
Supports the VP in planning strategic growth initiatives, cultivating strategic business relationships and achieving business objectives.
Maintains expert knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job related duties as assigned.
QualificationsKnowledge and Skills:
Experience: Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).

Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes and/or seasonal brightness through windows. This position may involve periodic stressful conditions. The Credit Union's business days are Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; however, this position may occasionally require an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and to include evening/weekend hours. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
