Works collaboratively with assigned stakeholders to leverage deep expertise in Organization Development theory, tools, and evidence-based best practices to diagnose opportunities and to design, deliver, and evaluate interventions. Provides program development and management oversight (matriculation, facilitation, and evaluation) of new and existing talent and leadership development programs that align with divisional and enterprise-wide needs and priorities. May serve as an Executive Coach to assigned internal clients and make ongoing recommendations for improvement that help maximize organizational and leader effectiveness.MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS
