- Displays courtesy and professionalism at all times while providing timely, helpful services to all patients, visitors, physicians, and associates.
- Must be courteous to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Does minor room clean ups pre & post procedures.
- Track patient exams and charge for supplies in Syngo Radiology.
- Review patient status in PICIS (E.R. tracking system).
- Scan all exam related paperwork into Stentor (PACS) (ie: Radiology and Bone Densitometry).
- Access scheduling module to look up future patients, or history of previous exams.
- Transport patients.
- Answer telephones and communicate between other departments and radiologists.
- Stock oral contrast in Radiology PICIS and ER PICIS.
- Assist technologists transferring patients on and off radiology tables.
- Order supplies for all imaging departments.
- Enter radiology exams in Soarian Clinicals after patients have been registered.
- Generates CD’s and prints reports.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to use and learn basic level computer systems and to generate reports.
- BLS required.
