THINGS YOU WILL DO



We are supporting the rollout of a strategic pricing and billing ecosystem designed to enable modern pricing models, improve cost control, increase automation, and accelerate digital delivery. The solution supports revenue growth initiatives, reduces time-to-market for new propositions, and enables scalable deployment across global markets through modular billing capabilities and API-based integration.



Key Responsibilities:


 






    • Lead end-to-end change implementation and rollout of the strategic pricing and billing solution 




    • Drive project governance, including hosting steering committees and working groups, and managing delivery cadence




    • Take hands-on ownership of project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery




    • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Operations, and other delivery leads to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements in line with the change framework




    • Understand target operating models and define end-to-end process maps




    • Lead the discovery phase end-to-end, including definition of requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria




    • Document the full delivery lifecycle, from scoping and initial requirement elaboration through release, and evaluate ongoing feature enhancements or changes





    Requirements:


     






      • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams




      • Experience delivering deployment initiatives within complex, strategic transformation programmes




      • Solid understanding of pricing and billing as a product domain and the ability to solve complex, cross-functional problems
