YOUR CAPCO DAY 

• Design and build scalable data pipelines on Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow) to support analytics, AI, and Data Products. 


• Consult clients on modern data architectures, best practices, and Databricks platform design. 


• Implement data transformations, ingestion frameworks, and automated workflows using Unity Catalog and Delta Live Tables. 


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Architects, Business Stakeholders) to translate requirements into technical solutions. 


• Support clients through workshops, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across the full data lifecycle. 

YOUR CAPCO-FIT 

• Strong experience with Databricks (including certifications such as Data Engineer Associate/Professional). 


• Solid skills in Python, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). 


• Consulting mindset: communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into data solutions. 


• Understanding of data governance, data quality concepts, and secure data access management (Unity Catalog preferred). 


• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in agile project environments with complex enterprise data landscapes. 


• Fluent English and German language coupled with presentation skills.
