Job Summary:
The Account Manager for ProCare is responsible for Lead Generation and will communicate and keep our LTC Residents-Families educated in how our customized NP Care Model can help transitioning as a LTC Resident in our SNFs Network.
QualificationsQualifications:
Valid Texas General Lines License for Health in good standing & AHIP 2026 Certificate Medicare + Fraud, Waste and Abuse.
2 Years experience in the long-term care industry (LTC preferred) or managed care organizations required.
Healthcare sales and/or skilled nursing community relations experience preferred.
Ability to travel with infrequent overnight stays.
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, reimbursement programs from payor sources.
Knowledge and experience with Managed Care, Medicare, state-specific Medicaid regulations and electronic referral management.
Understanding of the long-term care environment including overall Admissions Process.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn company specific systems.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company proprietary information.
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Excellent verbal and written skills required; public speaking skills may be necessary.
Ability to read, write, and speak English required.
Bilingual preferred.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for making contact with LTC Residents-Families to educate with our NP Care Model and Patients expectations.
Generate an average of 10 direct referrals daily to ensure our monthly enrollment goal.
Maintain our CRM (Lead master) updated with referral sources, area and facility.
Respond to Facility and LTC Residents – Families in a timely and professional manner.
Provide feedback to the Manager of Business Development to help improve outcomes and reporting methodology.
Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
Promote Company philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
Assist with all other activities and duties as assigned.
