Role Overview:
The Pricing Consultant will play an important role in supporting the Pricing Operations and Pricing Strategy teams by contributing to initiatives that improve pricing processes, automation, and governance. This position involves providing analytical support, assisting with project coordination, and collaborating across teams to help deliver pricing excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
Support cross-functional pricing projects, collaborating across multiple stakeholders in different parts of the organization, including Pricing, Promo, Merchandising, FP&A and our Dealers.
Conduct data analysis to provide insights that inform pricing decisions and strategies, working with both the Pricing Strategy and Merchandising teams to build frameworks that allow us to use those insights to better inform pricing strategies over time.
Participate in the identification and implementation of automation opportunities in partnership with internal teams and external vendors; participate in requirement collection and testing, monitor progress, support rollout and management of the change across the Pricing team and applicable cross functional teams.
Act as subject matter expert for major system or data transitions (e.g., iHub, PowerBI) and ensure accurate migration of pricing data and tools.
Maintain the upskilling roadmap that allows the team to take advantage of automation and AI-driven tools implemented across the Pricing Strategy & Operations team.
Document system and process requirements for pricing tools and coordinate with product owners to ensure updates and enhancements.
Support onboarding and sustainment of pricing strategies at both a national and regional level, or for specific programs such as the 2P expansion; work with stakeholders to gain alignment on necessary changes to process, RACI, SLAs, etc., support facilitation of rollouts and manage change.
Collect, distribute, and manage dealer feedback, partnering with the Retail Fundamentals team to improve processes.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in pricing, strategy, or operations roles.
Experience with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with pricing tools, automation technologies, and BI platforms (Power BI, iHub) is an asset.
Experience with SOP development and process improvement.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable Strong time management and attention to detail.
Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable with change and supporting across multiple workstreams as projects progress and team needs change; ability to learning new systems and processes.
Change Management: Experience in supporting teams through process and system changes.

Our typical hiring range is between $44,000 and $73,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
