What you'll do
The Manager, Leadership Capabilities partners with key stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs that build readiness, accelerate development, and drive CTC’s high-performance culture.
Leads the identification of leadership behaviours and capabilities required for current and future organizational success.
Partner on the creation and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year leadership development strategy aligned with CTC’s long-term goals and broader talent strategy.
Lead the creation and execution of leadership development programs for leaders from manager to executive levels.
Partner with third-party coaches, institutions, and vendors to develop and deliver custom content.
Ensure successful onboarding and accelerated impact for new executives in partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
Develop and execute talent development programs to build a pipeline of high potential talent.
Contribute to specialized programs and initiatives that prepare leaders for evolving organizational needs and emerging leadership capabilities.
Measuring effectiveness of development programs and continuously improving programming.
Stay informed on future workforce trends and integrate relevant practices into leadership programs.
What you bring
5-7+ years of experience in building, executing, and facilitating leadership development, talent management and development programs.
Proven ability to design and implement leadership programs at all levels, in large and complex organizations.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with emerging leadership trends.
Strong strategic thinking and executive presence skills.
Excellent change management, collaboration, and influencing skills

Our typical hiring range is between $81,000 - $131,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
