About this role

What you'll do

 

We are looking for an eCommerce Content Specialist who is passionate about online commerce and has a strong sense of digital strategy. As a content expert, you will play a key role in managing, creating, and optimizing the content on our eCommerce platform. You will work closely with the marketing team, UX/UI designers, graphic designers, and web integrators to define and implement impactful content strategies, ensuring the quality and relevance of the content in both French and English. If you are a proactive, creative individual who wants to contribute to the development of our website, we would be happy to receive your application!

 

•    Create and coordinate content to be integrated on the eCommerce platform
•    Based on marketing priorities, act as an expert to guide the go-to-market strategy on the eCommerce platform
•    Write various types of content for eCommerce; ensure the quality of both French and English content
•    Coordinate and supervise task creation for the studio and ensure the timely delivery of visuals to the eCommerce team
•    Serve as an intermediary between the eCommerce team, the marketing team and the studio
•    Guide and ensure the transmission of complete briefs to the graphic designers
•    Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the platform and the implementation of best practices
•    Manage projects in a structured and organized manner
•    Supervise and ensure quality control of content before going live
•    Write and optimize brand pages, ensuring they are both persuasive and SEO-optimized
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aimed at increasing conversions and improving the user experience
•    Stay informed about new eCommerce trends and copywriting practices to propose innovative ideas

 

What you bring

 

•    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, E-commerce, Public Relations, or a related field
•    Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

•    Strong adaptability and receptiveness to change
•    Ability to build good relationships across the company
•    Motivated and determined to succeed within strict deadlines
•    Good ability to prioritize work
•    Excellent follow-up skills; ability to multitask
•    Previous experience with a CMS is a plus
•    Previous experience with Adobe XD is a plus
•    Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to work under pressure
•    Knowledge of the retail industry environment

Our typical hiring range is between $44,000 and $73,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
