The work location is at Nunavik and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (84 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks for rest. | ||

Future challenges
Reporting to the Operations Concentrator Supervisor, the Apprentice Operator is responsible for the various monitoring and supporting operations. Main responsibilities of the job include:
- Support operators in their daily tasks
- Maintain the facility in a clean and safe condition.
- Act as hot-worker and confined space supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental rules and guidelines in the workplace.
- Carry out any other tasks required in connection with the position.
Profile Sought
- High school diploma (DES) or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience working on pressure vessels is an asset.
- Experience in industrial process operation (mining/concentrator, metals, pulp and paper, chemical/petrochemical) is an asset.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is essential (territorial accepted).
- Ability to communicate in at least two of the following languages: Inuktitut, English or French (trilingual will be considered an asset).
