Role Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team, part of the wider Employer Solutions Marketing Team at Irish Life. Employer Solutions delivers group pension, protection, health, and wellbeing products to employers and affinity groups, helping people enjoy a better life today and build better futures.

What you will help us to achieve

 

  • Drive the creative development and delivery of branding and marketing materials for Employer Solutions’ market-leading products and propositions.
  • Shape and enhance the visual identity of Employer Solutions across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Support a wide range of marketing activities, including events, product launches, communications, RFPs and pitches, website graphics, thought leadership initiatives, and strategic campaigns.
  • Ensure all design output is innovative, impactful, and consistently aligned with our brand values and corporate identity.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality results.

Desired Knowledge, Experience & Skills

 

  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of design projects from concept through to completion, including pre-press and print management.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), with additional knowledge of Premiere or Animate.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent, including complex presentation design.
  • Demonstrable capability to deliver high-quality print and digital assets, including product literature, signage, web banners, digital assets, animation, and video projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all design work is on-brief, of the highest quality, and in line with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the confidence to engage senior internal stakeholders and collaborate with external agencies.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a commercially focused, agency or B2B environment.
  • High degree of fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Creative, energetic, flexible, and positive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, currently based on a hybrid model of 2 days on-site at our Dublin campus and 3 days remote, subject to change.
