What You'll Do:
Update and maintain vendor records
Communicate with Vendors and reconcile accounts as necessary
Service channel file preparation/ review
Reviewing payables to see if they meet our CAPEX policy
Help with day-to-day Projects
Handling miscellaneous A/P tasks
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly
1+ yrs detailed, related accounting experience -or similar industry accounting experience a plus
Intermediate+ knowledge of MS Excel
Good communications skills (both written and oral)
Compensation:
$23 to $25 per hour
Pay Range:
