Pay Range: $25 – $45 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, document, and repair engines, transmissions, and major components using company-supplied laptops and OEM software.
Perform troubleshooting, service, preventative maintenance, and reconditioning.
Follow proper warranty procedures and complete required documentation.
Attend OEM and dealer training (online and in-person).
Collaborate with drivers and co-workers to get the job done right.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.
Formal training in diagnosing and repairing Class 3–7 vehicles preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to participate in continuous improvement and DTNA Elite Support initiatives.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive pay: $40,000 – $100,000+ annually
