Location: Keasbey, NJ

Pay Range: $25 – $45 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, document, and repair engines, transmissions, and major components using company-supplied laptops and OEM software.

  • Perform troubleshooting, service, preventative maintenance, and reconditioning.

  • Follow proper warranty procedures and complete required documentation.

  • Attend OEM and dealer training (online and in-person).

  • Collaborate with drivers and co-workers to get the job done right.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment mechanic.

  • Formal training in diagnosing and repairing Class 3–7 vehicles preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to participate in continuous improvement and DTNA Elite Support initiatives.
