How you will make history here...

This position serves as an analytical expert who works closely with Customer Development, Sales Finance, Revenue Growth & Trade Management, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities include monitoring customer, channel, brand and category specific objectives, strategies, and overall business performance as related to current plan execution

What you will do...

  • Performs sales analysis using syndicated and shipment data and makes recommendations to drive business performance

  • Provides analysis of all customer specific reports leveraging broker information to ensure consistency and linkage to sales objectives in total and by team

  • Tracks business performance versus key distribution, shelving, merchandising and pricing (DSMP) objectives and strategies by customer and/or channel

  • Tracks and monitors shipments and consumption versus projection and plan on a weekly and monthly basis and communicates highlights and concerns to Customer Development as needed

  • Provides assistance during the monthly forecasting process by providing analyses and key insights on shipment volume

  • Monitors new item execution to track customer acceptances, shipments, distribution and speed to shelf objectives

  • Conducts ad hoc analysis for in-plan customer/channel opportunities and challenges

  • Develops working relationships with various cross-functional groups (e.g. Customer Teams, Customer Development, Sales Strategy, etc.)

  • Able to integrate data from multiple sources into comprehensive business analyses

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 2+ years relevant experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$68,100-$97,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
