Overall Scope of Role:

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Division Communications, serve as communications lead on day-to-day internal and executive communications for the Growth Office, Research & Development, and supports communication efforts of the Divisional teams.

  • Collaborate to lead complex, cross-functional communications and change management programs that support enterprise priorities and drive organizational transformation

  • Ensure seamless messaging across all platforms, from email to video to presentations.

  • Support and enhance internal and external meetings and events with innovative communication strategies.

  • Build best-in-class communications, change management and engagement strategies

  • Foster strong partnerships across the Growth Office and Research & Development teams and the broader organization

  • Execute quickly, innovatively, and strategically

What you’ll do:

Communications:

  • Work with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute communications initiatives

  • Deliver consistent and seamless experiences for a variety of audiences internally and externally

  • Support internal events and meetings, including brand activations, town halls, and employee forums

  • Champion innovative practices, strategies, and technology to deliver impactful, actionable communications across all audiences

Technology:

  • Manage distribution of communications via channels like email, PowerPoint, and digital signage

  • Manage content production and governance on internal facing platforms, including SharePoint and Engage

  • Leverage and master creative tools to deliver impactful communications and drive awareness, including video, animations, and graphics

  • Identify new tools, platforms, and software to continuously enhance communications process and experience

Leadership:

  • Champion best-in-class communications practices, strategy, and approach

  • Drive change across all audiences

  • Ensure key projects reflect best communications and engagement practices

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5-7 years of corporate communications or equivalent experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or other relevant degree

  • Strong writing and communications experience

  • Experience communicating change management strategies, with a strong eye for simplifying complex information

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and SharePoint. Email marketing and distribution platforms a plus

  • Public relations experience a plus

  • Works quickly under deadline, with an ability to prioritize multiple projects

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$105,800-$152,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
