This position will engage with all foodservice related activities and report directly to the Store Leader. Full time.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same.  Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties. Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion.  Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations.   Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.  Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.  Ensures all food costs and food waste numbers are in line with company goals.   Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift. Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.  Communicates any discrepancies to store leader.  Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes.  Maintain a neat and clean appearance in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.  Ensure the cooler, store shelves and displays are clean, fully stocker and fronted.  Notify Store Leader of any maintenance problems.  #mmhp Qualifications  QUALIFICATIONS:  Must have a people first mentality; “Fast Friendly Service with a Smile”.  Able to work well with others.  Great attention to detail.  Good communication.  Analytical and reasoning.  Customer Service  Excellent time management  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  Previous retail and food experience.  At least 6 months experience leading a team in a C Store or food service environment.    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:     The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate by talking and hearing.  This position is very active and requires constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and some climbing.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 40 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
