About this role
Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic Laundry/Housekeepers for our BRAND NEW assisted living community, Calyx Living of Apex, opening SOON! We are located in beautiful Apex just off I-540 at Hwy 64.
With our new community in the final stages of pre-opening, Calyx is looking to hire NOW Laundry/Housekeepers who will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing, making beds and changing linens, laundry, vacuuming, and anything else needed for residents to live comfortably and in a clean, polished environment.
Qualifications:
- Housekeeping experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the team, residents and families
- Reliable, diligent and hardworking
- Must be able to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach and carry, stand for extended periods of time and may be required to move furniture
- Able to respond productively and to handle additional tasks/projects as assigned
- High School diploma preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
