Come be a part of our #calregionalfamily as our Externship Specialist and help develop the heroes of tomorrow. ------------------------------------------------------- Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated full-time Externship Specialist to join our team at our San Antonio, TX, location. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company passionate about changing lives and building the essential workforce! Duties & Responsibilities:  Arrange externships for students in all applicable programs. Update and maintain externship agreements; analyze, track, and report externship activities to assigned locations. Provide assistance in completing all necessary paperwork prior to the start of the externship. Conduct evaluation of externship sites to determine suitability for student experience. Handle high volume of phone calls, email correspondence, data entry, and filing to maintain detailed communication with students and externship sites. Provide prompt and courteous customer service. Be knowledgeable in licensing procedures for each program and be responsible for assisting students in obtaining their licenses. Provide prompt and courteous customer service while resolving students’ issues. Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Regional Director This role requires the following qualifications: HS Diploma Bachelor’s degree preferred 2+ years of customer service experience 1 year of experience working for an educational institution or program  Experience using MS Office 365 suite ------------------------------------------------------- What We Offer We offer generous pay, along with health benefits we are proud of.
