No teaching experience is required.       “Best ever side hustle.” – Heather T., Fairfield, CA Lead Instructor       -------------------------------------------------------     Who We’re Looking For       We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Clinical Medical Assistant Skills Assistant to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! The Clinical Medical Assistant Programs run for 8-10 weeks. Applicants must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays- 5:30-9:00pm         Duties & Responsibilities:         Aid student learning through exemplary instruction by following an established course outline. Aid in student learning outcomes. Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/learning strategies. Maintain appropriate standards of professionalism and conduct. Aid all required skill labs with the Lead instructor.   Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or in a directly related field required. Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math. Front office experience. Back office procedures EKG, Urine, Vitals, BPs, Temps, Injections, Adult-Pediatric, minor wound trays, and bandaging experience. No teaching experience required Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately. Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards. Comfortable with computers and technology. Highly organized and detail oriented.
