Position: Hardware Installer

Schedule: Day Shift – 8 hours (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)


We have an opening for a Hardware Installer to join our day shift in Santa Clara, CA.


About the Role: This position is for a Hardware Installer in a manufacturing setting. This individual installs pins, helicoils, dowel pins and inserts into parts per blueprint requirement prior to parts being sent to outside process, transferred into inventory, and/or shipped to end customer.


Hardware Installer Responsibilities:

  • Installs hardware into parts as designated by customer drawings
  • Documents completion of installation
  • Keeps worksite in organized and clean state
  • Attends mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety
  • Adheres to Copy Exact! and POR practices


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent

  • One or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience, training, and education

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and crouch for long periods of time


Pay:


  • Competitive pay based on experience

  • Frequent Overtime opportunities (OT rate = Hourly Pay X 1.5)


COVID-19 Considerations: All employees are required to wear a mask indoors. A vaccine is not required at this moment.
