Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: 1) Coordinating plan development and permitting processes.2) Locating qualified contractors for specific trades and job scope.3) Qualifying bids for accuracy, scope and costs.4) Setting and managing job timelines and schedules.5) All general job site coordinating with contractors and governing agencies.6) Responsible for making sure all safety and proper job site protocol is in place.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Position is split between a climate controlled, professional office environment with moderate noise levels and outdoor construction sites with loud noise levels. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The job may require lifting up to 50 lbs and long periods of sitting while working at desk. This position requires long periods of sitting while traveling in a vehicle or plane and must be able to uphold the stress of traveling.
