CSCS TXWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Learning Innovation to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge learning programs that leverage the latest in learning technologies and instructional design methodologies. This is a high-impact role where you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our learning strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our employees have access to the best learning tools available.
As the Senior Manager, Learning Innovation and Design, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions, with a particular focus on leveraging best practices in learning technology. You will bring your expertise in learning technologies, change management, and project management to ensure that the programs you create align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.
This is a fully remote role that can sit anywhere in the United States, with 20–25% travel, primarily to Dallas, Texas.
