CSCS TXEssential Job Duties
The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and execute various marketing materials, including print collateral (brochures, flyers, in-center signage, point of sale signage, sales tools, advertising, etc.) and digital media (emails, social media creative, advertising, short-form video edits, website headers and content updates, etc.). This role is responsible for owning and managing all creative assets and ensuring accuracy of content, as well as files for production and that all specs/requirements are met.
Must be able to work efficiently and expeditiously. Requires strong design/layout ability and comp skills, ability to synthesize and incorporate feedback, and proactive idea generation are a must. Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required. The Graphic Designer must be energized by a fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding internal team and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
· Leads development and execution of sales and marketing materials, branded collateral, print and digital creative
· Assists with creation of presentation materials
· Designs materials following established brand guidelines
· Implements revisions as requested to production art files in a timely manner to gain client approval
· Versions approved artwork based on messaging/audience variations and media specifications
· Attends team/agency status meetings and provides updates on projects, timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
· Collaborative
· Strong attention to detail, ability to proof and correct work independently
· Ability to translate complex messaging into audience-friendly designs
· Excellent design/layout skills, with ability to integrate copy, imagery and other design elements into cohesive communication
· Video and photo editing
· Knowledge in creative asset management
· Expert knowledge of Adobe CS, HTML, and website CMS experience
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 5+ years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
