 Key Responsibilities:  

Collaborate with the SA Training Team to develop and continuously update the SA training curricula. Inform Content Curator of updates to ensure that course material is current for each scheduled training date. Training Delivery: Deliver approved SA Training Curriculum and engage teammates through live and virtual environments. Adapt training materials and lesson plans to ensure effective learning for each type of learner. Create a positive learning environment that reinforces interest in the program. Training Management: Provide completion data to the Team Administrator to ensure all training is documented in Workday. Collaboration: Create a connection with the audience. Be available to follow up with all trainees either in person or via calls after training is completed, continue to act as a point of contact for trainees questions and concerns. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the overall training experience from the Trainee and Trainers perspective. Quality Assurance: Monitor success of teammates after attendance through KPI’s (CSEP,Dashboard, etc.) 

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Training Experience preferred, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate practical equivalence. 
  • High School Diploma, Tech School Graduate 
  • Technology savvy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of Automotive Industry required, Collision or Insurance preferred. 
  • Current and ongoing I-Car Certification 
  • Committed to Continuous learning to stay relevant as industry evolves. 
  • SA experience required. 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail. 
  • Strong and clear oral and written communication skills and the ability to work and collaborate effectively with a wide range of personalities and at various levels throughout the organization. 
  • Fully proficient using CCC platform. 
  • Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt easily and pivot as necessary in an ever-changing, fast-paced training environment. 
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, geared toward customer service. 
  • This role requires the ability to travel up to 48 weeks of the year; sometimes with little notice
