CSCS AZJob Summary
Responsible for handling Technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians; and daily communication with Glass General Managers about the schedule and helping the Customer Service Team with any scheduling questions in the Glass Markets.
Essential Job Duties
- Order Auto Glass and Route Glass Technicians’ day for assigned markets
- Communicate with Glass General Managers about any issues and go over the schedule for the next day
- Getting approval on any aftermarket parts that are not automatically approved and need to be used
- Go over previous day jobs to make sure a technician was able to mark them complete or not complete
- Assist any Glass Customer Service Representatives that have questions about the scheduler
- Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business
Skill/Requirements
- 1 year of Glass CSR Experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Very Reliable and able a team player
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Able to type 40+ words a minute and be a great multitasker
