Baristas are the heart of Harrah’s Starbucks, creating moments of connection and proudly wearing the green apron.
Core Responsibilities
- Craft Beverages: Prepare coffee and tea drinks to Starbucks standards, including espresso-based drinks, Frappuccinos, and seasonal specials.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and create a welcoming experience and provides Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service.
- Product Knowledge: Recommend drinks and food items, explain ingredients, and promote new offerings.
- Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Store Maintenance: Clean workstations, restock supplies, and ensure food safety protocols are followed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas to keep operations smooth and efficient.
Working Hours
- Shifts vary and may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication and multitasking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Customer service and food handling experience (preferred but not required)
