ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Scheduling ushers monthly and coordinating both ushers and any volunteer staff on day of show
· Updating and maintaining entertainment calendar, tracker and inventory for the department
· Ensure entertainment signage is properly displayed for shows and striked when applicable
· Troubleshooting ticketing and general guest issues by resolving complaints and requests from guests on day of show
· Assist entertainment management with ticketing and box office needs through Ticketmaster using Archtics & TM1
· Program ticket scanners and send ticket scanning reports to IT
· Provide exceptional customer service to guests and casino VIP guests
· Provide additional support to Thread Bar & Pool Entertainment
· Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in gaming, entertainment or hospitality is preferred.
· Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Able to type 35 words per minute*
· Ability to maintain composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
· General knowledge of Ticketmaster products (Archtics, Host, TM1)

· Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
· Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
· Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
· Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
· Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner.
· Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
· Respond to visual and aural cues.
· Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
· Must be able to recognize and respond to individuals with questions.
· Must be able to maneuver around office and property.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds.
· Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job.
