WE ARE CAESARS

 

  • Operating several table games on an assigned shift

  • Working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each

  • Assures that all coin and check racks are filled at all times

  • Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are exceedingly difficult to the Casino Manager – Table Games or Director Table Games

  • Assures guest development by 1) interacting with guests, 2) modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees and 3) making comp. decisions 

  • Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situations to assigned superior

  • Observes problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary 

  • Recommends changes in department including hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination; recommends wage and salary changes for personnel within established limits 

  • Counsels, guides, coaches and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties 

  • Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance review of assigned personnel

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Dual Rate Supervisor supervises the operations of several table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employee motivation and coaching. Games needed for Dealing  (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps/Dice, Baccarat, and/or Pai Gow)

 

 

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

 

  • Operating Supervise and Dealing several table games on an assigned shift

  • Working knowledge of all (multiple) table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each

  • Assures that all coin and check racks are filled at all times

  • Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring to those that are exceedingly difficult for the Casino Manager 

  • Assures guest development by 1) interacting with guests, 2) modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow employees 

  • Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situations to assigned superior

  • Observes problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and provides assistance if necessary 

  • Counsels, guides, coaches and instructs assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties 

  • Prepares and coordinates the periodical performance review of assigned personnel 

     

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

 

  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner 

  • Must present a neat and professional appearance

  • Work requires a minimum age of 21

  • Work requires ability to perform basic math functions

  • Work requires flexibility to work various shifts

  • Work requires a minimum of 2 years pit operation experience (preferred) 

  • Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to Pit operations

  • Cards Needed: Alcohol, NV and Gaming License, NV
