Join CAE as a Crew Coordinator and become part of a skilled simulator maintenance team at the Amendola Air Base near Foggia. You will lead Simulator Technicians and ensure the technical availability and performance of our training systems, overseeing all organisational, preventive, intermediate, and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the simulator technical lead on-site.
  • Implement and execute the maintenance plan.
  • Support simulator operations, including performance testing, maintenance logging, and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics such as shipping and handling supporting logistic department.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and initiate repair or replenishment actions.
  • Support procurement activities for repairs and replacements.
  • Communicate and report technical issues, including coordination with simulator instructors.
  • Interface with CAE Engineering Departments / Customers / End Users for technical topics

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

We welcome applicants with experience in field such as computer systems, avionics, or electronics.

Training can be provided to candidates with the right technical foundation, such as:

  • Experience installing and configuring hardware and software (PCs, servers, printers, network devices).
  • Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair IT and electrical equipment.
  • Qualifications in Aeronautical, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial disciplines.
  • Experience with soldering, mechanics, or electronic circuits.
  • Ability to read and use technical publications and manuals and electrical test equipment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Leadership experience or interest in leading a small team.
  • Languages: Professional English and fluent Italian.
  • Would be considered an advantage: experience dealing with military organizations or military customers or provenience from military background or previous experience with Flight Simulator.

Unisciti a CAE come Crew Coordinator e diventa parte di un team specializzato nella manutenzione dei simulatori presso la base aerea di Amendola, vicino a Foggia. Sarai responsabile della supervisione di un team di Simulator Technicians e di garantire la disponibilità dal punto di vista tecnico delle prestazioni dei sistemi di addestramento, supervisionando tutte le attività tecnico organizzative e di manutenzione preventiva, intermedia e correttiva.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Essere il principale referente tecnico dei simulatori sul sito.
  • Implementare ed eseguire il piano di manutenzione.
  • Supportare le operazioni dei simulatori, inclusi i test prestazionali, la registrazione delle attività e la reportistica.
  • Coordinare le attività logistiche, comprese le spedizioni e le movimentazioni supportando il dipartimento logistico.
  • Gestire l’inventario delle parti di ricambio e avviare le procedure per le riparazioni o le sostituzioni.
  • Supportare i processi di approvvigionamento per riparazioni e sostituzioni.
  • Comunicare e riportare problematiche tecniche, includendo il coordinamento con gli istruttori dei simulatori.
  • Interfacciarsi con il dipartimento Engineering di CAE / i clienti / End Users  su questioni tecniche

Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, 40 ore settimanali.

Cerchiamo candidati con esperienza in settori informatici, avionici o di elettronica.

Formazione aggiuntiva può essere fornita a candidati con una solida base tecnica, come:

  • Esperienza nell’installazione e configurazione di hardware e software (PC, server, stampanti, dispositivi di rete).
  • Capacità di diagnostica, manutenzione e riparazione di apparecchiature IT ed/od elettriche.
  • Titolo di studio in discipline Aeronautiche, Informatiche, Elettroniche, Meccaniche o Industriali.
  • Esperienza in saldatura, meccanica o circuiti elettronici.
  • Capacità di consultare pubblicazioni o manuali tecnici ed utilizzare strumenti elettrici di misura e test.
  • Buona conoscenza informatica e delle applicazioni Microsoft.
  • Esperienza di leadership o interesse nel guidare un piccolo team.
  • Lingue richieste: Inglese professionale e italiano fluente.
  • Saranno considerati un plus: esperienza nel relazionarsi con il settore  militare o clienti militari o la provenienza da un background militare o precedenti esperienze con Simulatori di volo
