Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Associate Business Analyst to join our Solutions Delivery team. This role is pivotal in leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Movement Manager and related airline operations systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and optimization of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full solution implementation lifecycle: from Interactive Pilot Assessment (IPA), business process workshops, key user training, validation testing, cutover planning, and transition to customer care.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Technical SME (TSME) during customer engagements, workshops, and onsite meetings.

  • Drive data gathering, loading, and validation efforts across all implementation phases.

  • Install and integrate Movement Manager and associated modules with internal and third-party systems.

  • Collaborate with airline operations teams (flight ops, crew scheduling, dispatch, etc.) to streamline processes and enhance system usability.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable insights.

  • Develop and maintain documentation: business requirements, process flows, training materials, and stakeholder reports.

  • Identify and communicate customer best practices to internal solution management teams.

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs, are delivered on time, and are adopted effectively.

  • Provide post-implementation support and manage service requests and maintenance issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in managing IT application, airline operations, aviation software delivery, or enterprise system implementation.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good Understanding with SQL, UNIX/Linux, APIs, and Webservices (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and integration tools/middleware technologies.

  • Familiarity with business analysis tools: SQL Developer, Python, Power BI/Tableau.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Salesforce.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; command of a second language is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate under minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including extended trips (3+ weeks) as needed.

  • Flexibility to work across time zones.
