CAE, one of the largest business aviation training facilities, is looking for an Administrative Invoicing Analyst Intern in our Irving, TX location.  In this role, you will reconcile invoices and help to define processes for continuous improvement.

In the role you will:

  • Project-based to include flight tracking software sales order/contract/billing reconciliation.

  • Assist in ongoing projects and deliverables under the guidance of the team lead.

  • Support documentation updates and ensure accuracy of records.

  • Contribute ideas for process improvements.

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field: Business, Accounting, or Finance

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
