You will be on the bleeding edge of AI, helping transform manufacturers and innovating as you go. US manufacturing is a powerhouse often running on legacy systems and spreadsheets; you will change that. Not only will you be helping customers, but you will be the chief pathfinder for our product and technology teams as you discover repeatable solutions.
- Lead deep discovery and customer transformation that coexist with, and leverage CADDi’s AI products and data platform.
- Build a solutions motion that starts bespoke and becomes repeatable offerings and product features.
- Architect solution logic: Design the logical architecture for custom applications, defining data sources, transformation rules, user workflows, and success criteria.
- Deploy custom applications: Own the lifecycle from "ambiguous problem" to "production value" on the CADDi platform; translate technical capabilities into operational reality, partnering with our Solutions engineers.
- Drive adoption and value realization: Pivot from delivery to the factory floor to ensure the tool works for the user and delivers massive impact (e.g., "reduced RFQ cycle time by 50%").
- Engagement with management layers of customers: Establish engagement with management layers of customers (QBRs/value reviews), and provide value realization frameworks and expansion motions aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work side-by-side with Solutions Architects and Product Management to turn custom wins into scalable features.
- 0→1 focus: Create new frameworks and accelerators for US manufacturing challenges. This is not a project management role; it is a solution creation role.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Deep discovery: Spending time with client teams (Procurement, Engineering, Quality) to understand workflows and their current reality.
- Solution design: Whiteboarding future states, mapping drawing data to supplier spend to predict outcomes.
- Collaborative delivery: Partnering with technical teams to build feasible, high-impact solutions, then driving user adoption on the ground.
- Executive storytelling: Communicate crisply with executives to translate technical progress into P&L impact.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in manufacturing operations: Deep understanding of BOMs, RFQs, and supply chain data. You have lived the pain of these workflows and know why "clean data" is a myth.
- Consulting toolkit: Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or high-growth company; ability to structure ambiguity, communicate crisply with executives, and drive projects to completion.
- Technical fluency: Data and AI literate. You can explain RAG concepts to a procurement manager and "dirty data" challenges to an engineer. You bridge the gap between operations and code.
- Problem solving: Track record of solving challenging operational problems by treating processes as systems to be optimized.
- Education: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration (with manufacturing experience), or equivalent.
- U.S. citizen or green card holder.
- Willingness to travel 50%.
