  • Create filtering and search patterns that support different user mental models and workflows
  • Map user journeys and design visualizations for deployment and readiness processes

  • Help make complex data understandable through good design

Required Qualifications

  • 1-5 years UI/UX experience (dashboards, data visualization, or analytics tools preferred)
  • Ability to obtain a TS Clearance
  • Portfolio showing dashboard or data-focused design work
  • Understanding of heuristics and how to design for information hierarchy
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into clear interfaces
  • Good communication skills for presenting ideas to stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in a mission-focused government environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Any experience with military or government customers
  • Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

What We're Looking For

You're curious about solving problems and making things easier to use. You ask questions, want to learn from real users, and aren't afraid to iterate on your designs.
