The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Senior Network Ops Center Technician. The SETS II program provides services to design, procure, configure, implement, test, secure, accredit, operate and maintain an IT infrastructure for the St Elizabeth's campus. Responsibilities:

             Ability to attain DHS EOD
             Providing 24/7/365 active monitoring of WAN links and network systems.
             Support a large complex data and voice network infrastructure by using network monitoring and management tools.
             Participate in and respond to system and network incidents.
             Provide technical support on problem calls.
             Work in a Command Center environment, logon to ACD phone queues and navigate an incident tracking system.
             Detects, analyzes and resolves routine network problems.
             Provide 1st level problem resolution assistance.
             Monitor all core enterprise services and customer connections for any potential performance problems (utilization, intrusion, etc.) and respond in a timely manner to any anomalies to ensure network availability.



Qualifications:

Required: 

             Seven years of experience in network engineering, or testing.

             Knowledge of SAFe®, ITIL®, and industry best practices.
             Possess a current TS/SCI security clearance.
             Must be a U.S. citizen
             Education and Experience Level: BA/BS degree or equivalent, with 7+ years experience.

• IT Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP
• SAFe® certified
• ITIL® v4 equivalent

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,900 - $178,400
