The Opportunity:

CACI has an exciting opportunity for a highly technical expert to support the analysis in the RF DEW area and analysis of foreign weapon and threat systems and future technology.

We need experts to support the technical exploitation of foreign systems and subcomponents. We assess scientific and technical capabilities, forecast and predict future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness, and create high-fidelity models and simulations of systems.

Join our Team as we drive all-source collection, apply research, and deliver technical intelligence on foreign technologies helping our customers to assess current threats and forecast future threats on some of the nationals most challenging missions. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical analysis on technical and programmatic aspects of directed energy weapons and technologies

• System Analysis: Analyzing RF DEW system performance, understanding the RF energy interacts with target electronics, and determining the required power levels to achieve desired effects.
• Support Identifying vulnerabilities in target systems to RF energy, including both intentional ports of entry (antennas) and unintentional "back door" entry points (seams, apertures, cables).
• Utilizing and potentially developing modeling and simulation tools to estimate the susceptibility and vulnerability of target systems to RF DEWs. The Directed Radio Frequency Energy Assessment Model (DREAM) is an example of such a model
• Analysts assigned to this task will conduct research, support written assessments, write assessments, and communicate technical information to a broad audience.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and make engineering judgements based on limited available information.
• Expand current research and understanding of foreign systems and capabilities to support model development and intelligence assessments.
• Intelligence Community (IC) background preferred.
 

Qualifications:
 

Required:
• Bachelors or advanced degree in physics or engineering from an accredited institution.  
• We are seeking 3+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in RF Directed Energy Weapons
 

Desired:
• Experience developing and writing products and reports to support the intelligence community.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
