The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst to join our team supporting NavalX within the Office of Naval Research (ONR). This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to provide expert support to government and industry partners, including international alliances.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring extensive experience in technical writing, systems engineering, field engineering, integrated logistics, systems analysis, project management, and systems administration. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering comprehensive technical and program-level documentation, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards, and supporting the development and implementation of complex systems and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical and program-level documentation, including manuals, procedures, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating various types of technical documentation and markings.
  • Experience with proposal formatting and IT policies.
  • Knowledge of system testing, engineering changes, and installations in various operational environments.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • 10 years of professional work experience supporting technical and project management roles specifically DOD programs
  • Experience managing projects, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Experience in complex systems and international alliances.
  • Relevant experience and/or certifications in security, systems administration, engineering, integrated logistics, and project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated technical writing skills.
  • Proven team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DOD)
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DOD Secret security clearance.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
