The Sr. Analyst, Merchandising will work with a counterpart in the Keene office to maximize efficiencies with the customer on promotions and pricing for the private label business. They will be involved in mastering the item assortment, competitive environment, and continuing growth. The role will also work directly with the customer.Job Description
Description
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize private label sales, discuss open opportunities and initiatives, complete special projects, facilitate reduction of dead and excess items, establish departmental goals (pricing, promotions, service level, marketing), meet and exceed set weekly departmental budgets, and item maintenance and set up
- Collaborate with external stakeholders (customers) for incremental merchandising and marketing opportunities, with pricing integrity and minimizing lost margins, involvement with the different aspects and areas of merchandising and marketing programs for the member group
- Coordinate and execute on growth initiatives and continually elevate the customer experience including food show, promotions, marketing programs to result in an impactful driver to the company and provide appropriate ROI, divisional Independent banners and ad plans to maximize profitability, and attend various trade industry events throughout the year at an off-site meeting place

Years Of Experience
- 5-7: years of related work experience in retail and negotiations. 2 years of experience in the wholesale/retail industry preferred
