Job Description:
The two new senior paralegals will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities
Client
Communication: Conduct client interviews, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure clients are informed and supported throughout the process.
Case
Management: Assist attorneys with all aspects of deportation defense and immigration matters, from intake through final resolution.
Legal Document
Preparation: Draft motions, applications, declarations, and supporting evidence for filings before EOIR, USCIS, ICE, and the BIA.
Hearing & Trial
Support: Prepare filings, organize exhibits, and assist attorneys in preparing clients and witnesses for hearings.
Research: Conduct legal and country conditions research to support applications for asylum, withholding of removal, CAT, and other immigration relief.
Record
Management: Maintain accurate case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely filing of all documentation.
Liaison: Communicate with government agencies, detention centers, interpreters, and community organizations as needed.
Senior Deportation Paralegal – Deportation Defense
Location: In house or Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Prior immigration law experience required
Language: Fluency in Spanish required
About the Role
CRW Law is seeking a highly organized Senior Deportation Paralegal to join our immigration defense team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and experience supporting attorneys with filings before the Immigration Court, USCIS, ICE, and the BIA.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in immigration law.
- Strong understanding of immigration court procedures and filings before EOIR, BIA, USCIS, and related agencies.
- Familiarity with immigration relief options such as asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, and adjustment of status.
- Fluency in Spanish required.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency with immigration case management software
